The Commission and its members have decided to make every effort to contribute to the dissemination of the project through the corresponding PARLATIN channels and bodies, at the level of national parliaments and interparliamentary organizations.

The Commission, after analyzing the possibilities presented by this project for the cultural field, resolves:

- Insist that the respective parliaments of Latin America consider promoting the gradual incorporation of international gestures in the different cultural activities of each country, as a contribution to a better cultural exchange with the rest of the world.

- Propose to the corresponding bodies of the Parlatino the initiation of exploratory contacts with other parliamentary associations, as well as with the international cultural federations or associations with which it maintains relations, so that the respective Education and Culture Commissions or equivalent contemplate the possibility of promoting cultural and / or joint educational activities in which it is possible to verify the possibilities and interest of international gestures for international cultural exchange.
