Virtual Alumni Leadership Training (VALT)

YES program Virtual Alumni Leaders Training (VALT) is a nomination based workshop. Participants are usually nominated by their country coordinators to attend this workshop from March 30 to April 10, 2020. This training is a series of online trainings to enhance participants’ skills and knowledge in leadership, team building, and project management to strengthen their alumni communities. Two YES alumni leaders from each YES country were invited to attend this online training. In Lebanon, Elise Alkhoury and Nazih Raychouni were nominated to participate.

"When I was registering to the VALT sessions, I wanted to sign up to sessions that would benefit us as YES board. As I am currently the president, that would help us with our current or future programs and provide me with knowledge to give back to my YES community.
