From various users on twitter, and according to Isejin staff, it seems the music siren played songs at 7AM, 9AM, 12PM, 3PM, 5PM, and 7PM. 'Home Road' was one of those songs.

Very much removed. If the below photo is actually the music siren, then this is an 8 note model, and it was installed prior to 1959. Note the railway line, this makes me think that Toho Cinemas in Kawasaki was the original location of Komiya.
