The only confirmed instance of a miniature music siren model is here in Yokosuka. Not much is known about the siren other than it was installed after Yamaha's 1955 advertisement and before 1984. In 1984, a Horns & Whistles magazine reportedly had an entry where a writer observed a "siren on a fixed shaft on a department store in Yokasuka". I can only assume they'd be talking about this siren.
