An article somewhere mentioned this location, and even included a picture. It's presumed this siren was installed on the city hall. Unfortunately, the island underwent an electrical scarcity. This lead to situations represented in the picture. Locals tried to save the music siren and get it running, but to no avail. Eventually, the music siren sounded for the last time in 1969.
