Refractory high-entropy alloys (RHEAs) are designed to exhibit excellent high-temperature strength comparable to Ni-based Superalloys. In addition, due to its BCC crystal structure and interesting dislocation behaviour, they are more likely to be used in nuclear environment. We are exploring the effects of alloying and thermo-mechanical treatments to further enhance its mechanical properties with ultrafine Laves phase precipitates
