WindCompass attempts a boat detection, selects and loads its layout, data and settings automatically.
Is no boat detected, AutoSelect is temporary disabled and the boat menu opens to select a boat manually.

Note, in order this function to work:
If you change the boatname, make sure the boat name begins with the original name. 
You can add your own Boatname to the original name. e.g.: "Bandit IF - My boatname".

For the boats listed here, layouts, performance data and settings are stored in the WindCompass. Depending what boat is selected, the WindCompass behavior may vary (e.g. Cam setting, Gesture mode etc)  If you don't find your boat here, use a generic BWind or BOSS boat, which should be suitable for most cases.

These boats listen to chat commands from owner only and not from Huds. So, WindCompass send functions have no effect.

The boat speed of the Moth is never constant, even if you keep the heading and wind.  The rate of speed change increases towards the downwind range (> 140° TWA) especially on wind > 15 kt. This results in high rotating rates of the AWA display in the WindCompass. Orange TWA zone markers (140°-180° TWA) indicate the range where those rotate effects raise most. The trick is, never go straight Downwind! Do alternating broad reaches. Those orange markers may help finding the best angles.

Other Limits:

• Because of different Pose/Camera setting the build in Camera Hud is restricted to Follow Mode only.

• The boat listen to chat commands from owner only and not from Huds. So, WindCompass send functions have no effect.
  Workaround: Send your chat commands to the boat as usual and make the WindCompass listen to them too! Activate "Gestures"!
