Due to the finalized clutch selection made in Milestone 13, the reduction housing a subassembly had to under go a redesign in order better locate the driveshaft and engine for operator comfort and safety.  The new dropbox design utilizes all of the same internals as outlined in Milestone 5; however, the housing will be a 3-piece, CNC-machined, aluminum housing. The housing has been designed to be an improvement in serviceability, manufacturability, and aesthetics when compared to the droboxes utilized on past Wildcat pulling tractors. A new transaxle bulkhead was also designed to fit the new housing, and a custom gasket will also be made for this subassembly.
