Description
Level 2 (Pipe Dreams/ Abandoned Utility Halls) is the 3rd level of the Backrooms. The Level features Long, Winding, Streaming Utility Halls abundant with pipes. The level has been confirmed to have a steaming temperature of a over 40 degrees (F). Scattered around the level are Wooden Boxes, Power Cords, Vents, Ladders, and station tools. The vents in the level are enough to fit a human, clearly made for easier transport, unknown if these vents existed or were built by a wanderer. the vents span throughout the level.
In a majority of hallways, however, the chalky and tattered walls are often obstructed by imposing, rarely operational machinery that usually covers one or both walls from floor-to-ceiling. These pipes and machines, whilst being identified as various actual types of machines from former engineers in the developed eras of the M.E.G, do not work at all in tandem with one another. Instead, each of these industrial appliances are placed in arbitrary locations across Level 2, and do little more than connect to one another with piping and working electricity. In the modern era, these machines usually create little more than quiet internal whirring noises, as if the machines are faulty. Additionally, each machine is usually connected by long, thick pipes that transfer fluids, electricity, gasses, or even solid objects on sparse occasions.
A long hallway, or oftentimes a multitude of hallways, that all loop back around to the same door one came from. These hallways, more often than not, are completely devoid of any sort of decoration other than fluorescent and incandescent bulbs, and also resemble office hallways rather than industrial ones. A singular room of varying size, usually just a simple square or rectangle shape. A select few rarer rooms possess a compound shape design, though these are usually nothing more than two squares or rectangles attached to one another. These rooms can usually contain any items and furniture mentioned in the first bullet point, though more often than not, they are completely unfurnished. Thought the level, fake, structured doors may appear on the level, called ''Fake Doors'' by wanderers, though sometimes these doors may lead to a small room, most commonly devoid of furniture or utility. Some speculate these rooms were carved by ''The Lost'' of Level 2 and some theorize that it's how the level was made, we will never know for sure though.

Communities and Bases.
The B.N.T.G's (Base Delta)
A study by the M.E.G suggests that almost 60% of discovered area of Level 2 belongs to the B.N.T.G and have thus unofficially declared themselves as the dominant occupant of the Level. After establishing base Delta (also known as Office EL3A in other sources) the B.N.T.G began an operation to industrialize the Level for potential habitation. They built a road network from occupied entrenches and exits and have been very hostile to wanderers. The Railway Connecting most of Level 2 was completed 9 months later, and has, to this day been functional. It was granted permission to be used by any wanderer for a brief period until the B.N.T.G plundered the base of the now know community,'The Lost'. After this heinous crime, the Level 2 section of the B.N.T.G has cut ties with most groups, and relations have worsened with the M.E.G ever since. THEY KIDNAPPED ME
