Spectrum has offered our HOA a bulk Internet and TV Entry Level Package at a cost of $44/month with a 5-year Agreement Rate frozen for the entire 5-year term (the $44 monthly rate will not change, but an additional $1.25 will be added for taxes and fees, this amount can change within the 5 years rate lock.)

Can residents subscribe to additional services?

Yes. Residents can add or remove services at any time. Any additional service(s) will be billed directly to the individual residents (not the HOA). 

Does the TV Service include any mobile apps? 

Yes. Spectrum TV App, Disney+ basic, ESPN+, Peacock TV and your choice of premium app is all included with the bulk package. Watch TV at home or on the go on any device!

Does the rate include all taxes and fees? 

TV rate is subject to Franchise Fee, Olelo Capital Fund Fee, Government Fee or State Tax. As of June 2026, the amount is $1.25 and can increase in the next 5 years.
