Security/Doorbell Cameras

• Waikoloa Hills AOAO currently has 5 surveillance cameras covering the pool, mailbox cluster, guest parking and resident's parking.

• Residents are allow to point them where???????

• Tenants need owner's permission before installing cameras/doorbell????

• Owner's need to fill out architectural modification form if replacing Lanai globe light with camera/floodlight????

• Residents allow to affix camera warning sticker on the outside structure or the windows????  Stickers nearby the camera is OK???

• Resident needs to remove any camera sticker after camera is remove????  Tenants need to put back globe light if they were permitted to replaced the globe like with floodlight camera?????

• Fines for violation????
