Reserved Parking Info

We have 15 reserved parking (1 is permanently assigned to the resident site manager but it's not needed right now) and 1 Handicap reserved parking space.  We currently have a waitlist for residents wanting a reserved parking space and you may email to join the waitlist.

The monthly reserved parking fee of $115.00 MUST be received no later than the 5th of each month. (Please see Waikoloa Hills Rules & Regulations Section D.1.A Reserve Parking Stalls - an excerpt is provided below)

D. PARKING

1.a Reserve Parking Stalls Waikoloa Hills has 15 reserve stalls which can be rented, if available, for a fee of $75 per month. Resident owners living on property will have priority for vacant reserve stalls. The applicant must be a full-time (12 months) residing owner or a residing long term renter. The residency requirements must be maintained to keep the stall. Any change in residency will cause the stall to re-enter the reserved parking waiting list. Reserved stalls are limited to one stall per unit. Vehicles using the reserved stall must be registered with the Site Manager and must obtain a parking permit. Payment must be received no later than the 5th of each month, or the stall may be forfeited. Owners and tenants in units who are delinquent 30 days or longer in paying their unit maintenance fees will lose the reserve parking stall. Vehicles must be parked only in the assigned stalls. Any damage to a reserve parking stall will be the responsibility of the assigned renter. Cumulative violations to the House Rules could result in this parking privilege being revoked.
