Reserved Parking Info


We have 15 reserved parking (1 is permanently assigned to the resident site manager but it's not needed right now) and 1 Handicap reserved parking space.  We currently have a waitlist for residents wanting a reserved parking space and you may email to join the waitlist.

The monthly reserved parking fee of $115.00 MUST be received no later than the 5th of each month. (Please see Waikoloa Hills Rules & Regulations Section D.3.A Reserve Parking Stalls - an excerpt is provided below)

Waikoloa Hills Rules & Regulations Section D.3.A Reserve Parking Stalls

D.3.A) Reserved Parking Stall Policy

i) Leased spaces are limited and are available on a first come, first served basis.

ii) Waikoloa Hills residents wishing to lease a space must sign up with the Board of Directors or designated support staff. If no spaces are available, they will be placed on a waiting list. Non-owner residents who desire an additional parking space shall notify the unit owner who can in turn submit a request for a leased space.

iii) The Waikoloa Hills Board of Directors is responsible for reviewing and maintaining the parking wait list and approving parking leases for residents.

iv) In order for any applicant to be considered for a leased parking space, they must be current with all maintenance fees at the time of application. A parking sticker will be issued with approval by the site manager.

v) Effective October 1, 2025 the annual lease rate for parking spaces has increased to $1,380.00 per year. Payments can be made monthly ($115.00 per month) or semi-annually with first payment of $690.00 due by January 31st and second payment of $690.00 due by July 1st.

vi) Payments must be made on the Owner’s account, combined with monthly assessment dues.

vii) Subleasing is prohibited.

viii) Regardless of the number of owned units in the complex, an Owner may not lease more than one reserved parking stall.

ix) A unit may not have more than one vehicle per assigned parking stall parked on property at any time, without the prior approval by the Board of Directors or designated support staff for additional vehicles. Each vehicle must be parked in a stall assigned to the resident or owner’s unit.

x) As required by 514B-38(5), any parking lease may be terminated by the board or the lessee on no more than sixty (60) days prior written notice.
