STVR/TAR Information

• Currently Waikoloa Hills has 14 STVR units.

• Current State of Hawaii STVR placard must be display and visible for any STVR units.

• Waikoloa Hills AOAO House Rules must be follow by ALL STVR Guests and take precedence over booking service rules/policies.

• No more than 6 guests maximum per unit (as specify in the House Rule).

• Owners of STVR units MUST notify the Site manager with names, contact information and the lenght of stay for incoming Guests.  

• Owners of STVR units are responsible for Guests' action, including any fines and necessary repairs for damages incurred by Guests.

• STVR Guests are NOT allow to have "pool parties" or have more than 6 people at the pool area.?????  Owners are encourage to remind Guests that no GLASS containers/bottles are allow in the pool area.

• STVR Guests are only allowed to smoke in designated area (the bench setup at the exit driveway).??????

• Only the designated parking for the STVR units is to be use by the Guest (ONLY 1 vehiclepermitted per STVR unit).  Violation will be fined at $$$amount$$$.  

• Vehicle towing charges is the responsibility of the unit's STVR Owner.

• NO overnight parking permitted in the Guests Parking.  If STVR Guest has more than 2 vehicles, the 2nd vehicle must be park off-site from Waikoloa Hills property (this rule is strictly enforced and fine will be given to STVR owners for Guest violation).
