Animals/Termite Information

  • Yes, we have termites, centipedes, scorpions, gecko, flying gnats, mice, frogs, birds and those are just the small critters. As for the bigger cousins, we also have the turkeys, goats, feral pigs, cows, stray cats and dogs wondering our property on a daily basis.

  • As a reminder to our residents, Section A.10 from our House Rule states the "FEEDING OF FERAL/WILD ANIMALS [IE. TURKEYS, PIGS, GOATS, ALL BIRDS, ETC) IS PROHIBITED. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO LEAVING FOOD OR WATER DISHES FOR ANIMALS, PLACING FOOD OR WATER ONTO OR LIMITED COMMON AREAS, LEAVING FOOD IN ACCESSIBLE LOCATION (IE. JUST INSIDE A DOORWAY, OR ON COMMON GROUNDS] OR OTHER MEANS THAT MAY ATTRACT ANIMALS ONTO THE PROPERTY." In short, please leave the animals alone.

  • On the first Wednesday of every month, we have our Pest and Termite vendor come and services the EXTERIOR of our buildings on a rotating basis. They replenish the mice traps (the black boxes you find around each buildings), spray insecticide externally and knock down wasp nests if it is within reach. They can spot treat or check for termite inside a unit at the owner's expense.

  • If you find unwanted critters or termites droppings INSIDE your unit, please report it to the Board of Directors. It is the responsibility of the unit's owners to treat or make repairs to damages inside the unit caused by insects/termites.
