Town Meeting members serve as representatives for their neighbors in financial decision-making and ratification of local rules and regulations. The key words are "serve" and "represent." I am most interested in helping Precinct 4 residents by making sure their concerns about items on the Warrant are made known and receive a "hearing" at the assembled Town Meeting. Precinct 4 residents will deserve all the credit for helping me stay informed about their concerns and expectations. I will be responsible for airing concerns of Precinct 4 residents for them and for each vote I cast and how well those votes reflect those concerns and expectations.
