VNHS Special Teams is compromised of our Drill, Ceremonial, and Competitive teams. They all present new and challenging opportunities to develop the knowledge, values and skills cadets learn in class. Each team participates in unique events that test different skill sets and abilities.

Armed Drill team is a competitive team where they perform precise drill sequences with rifles.
Unarmed Drill team is a competitive team in which they partake in performing precision marching, along with various hand movement.
Sabre team is a ceremonial unit that perform in formal events where cadets are expected to perform drill alongside basic and advanced sabre movements.
