It takes a Village for community progress. That is why the Village of Rutland seeks to partner with community members, including residents, businesses and community organizations, in programs benefiting the general welfare of the Village.

Endowment Program

The Rutland Civic Center Endowment Program is aimed at procuring supplemental funding to aid in financing the general operations and renovations of the 13,000 square feet historic building, which has suffered a decline in condition over the previous years. The Program involves welcoming annual and project-based sponsorship from businesses, organizations and families and encumbering for building maintenance and improvements, including custodial/maintenance personnel.
