Band/Guard/Orchestra Annual SignUp: Deadline extended to December 31st
This is the mandatory process used for ALL the students in the Band/Guard/Orchestra programs, including returning students, incoming freshmen and students transferring to IHS. The suggested donation is $450 which covers the buses & trucks, uniforms, competition fees, coaches' salaries, music, facility, food supplies, band events, and so much more. You must sign up by July 15th ~ extended to December 31st.
**Please note this signup form does NOT replace your course enrollments; you must verify your schedule on the Maze Day & Infinite Campus to make sure that you are officially enrolled into the programs requested.
Instead of using Eventbrite that integrates data collections, donations & volunteer signups, this year we are asked to adopt the following steps. Please be patient and make sure to follow through. Thank you very much!

Signup for volunteer shifts (preliminary) and mark your calendar.
Specify how you will make the annual donations and submit the Google Form.

Prerequisites:
ALL Students must complete the Annual Signup on Google Form ASAP.
Musicians must have at least one year of experience playing a band instrument and be enrolled in a concert band class.
No marching experience required for freshmen.
Who: All Marching Band & Color Guard
Dates: July 31st to August 4th, 2022
Times: 8am-4pm
Location: Irvington High School field and classrooms
Prerequisites: Musicians must have at least one year of experience playing a band instrument and be enrolled in a concert band class. No experience necessary for Color Guard
What to Bring: 1 gallon drinking water (bring one on Monday only for coolers), water bottle (for refills), musical instrument, sun protection, lunch, music, pencil, lyre & folio (optional)
What to wear: comfortable clothing, athletic shoes (**marching shoes will only be needed at band reviews. No sandals!)
Daily rehearsals will include Uniform Fittings, Physical Fitness, Marching Fundamentals, Parade Marching, Field Show Marching, Music Rehearsals and Sectionals.

Where: Antioch High School, 700 W 18th ST Antioch, CA 94509
From Highway 4, take Exit 27 for L Street/Contra Loma Blvd. Head South on L Street. Turn Left on Fitzuren Road. Turn Left on G Street. Turn Left on 18th Street.
All buses, trucks/trailers & designated support vehicles should park at the main lot entered from West 18th Street. *Note: It is necessary to follow these directions. Google will tell you to turn North onto L Street and Left onto 18th Street...but DO NOT DO THIS. You will encounter road closures and your bus, trucks/trailers & designated support vehicles will not be able to enter the bus parking lot from the Google directions. Be sure to see maps. All designated support vehicles should arrive together as best as they can.
Free spectator parking is located throughout local side streets, along L street, and at shopping mall parking lots near the intersection of A Street and 18th Street. Please do not block driveways of homes.
