- Please avoid the dates of 10/4 (Antioch Band Review) & 10/18 (Santa Cruz Band Review)

IHS Band Misc Auditions
- Auditions for the Irvington Theater Musical Pit Orchestra in spring:
  - There is NO pit orchestra program this year.
- Auditions for Wind Ensembles:
  - Due to the earlier enrollment timeline pushed by FUSD for 2026-27, auditions for Wind Ensembles stared early this year in December '25 and wrapped up in January '26.
  - Currently 9th-11th graders were asked to submit online auditions in Google Classrooms, while incoming freshmen were asked to make appointments with Mr. Rodda for in-person auditions during afterschool hours.
  - New rosters have been posted in the band room and submitted to school admin.
- Auditions for Varsity Drumline ~ in Spring?
- Auditions for Drum Majors (Parade & Field Show) ~ in Spring

Season Recap 2024-25

2025-26 Band Program Annual Signup ~ Mandatory for ALL ~ Due 8/15

Band/Guard/Orchestra Annual SignUp: Due on 8/15/2025

This is the mandatory process used for ALL the students in the Band/Guard/Orchestra programs, including returning students, incoming freshmen and students transferring to IHS. The suggested donation is $450 which covers the buses & trucks, uniforms, competition fees, coaches' salaries, music, facility, food supplies, band events, and so much more. You must sign up by August 15.

**Please note this signup form does NOT replace your course enrollments; you must verify your schedule on the Maze Day & Aeries to make sure that you are officially enrolled into the programs requested.

Step 1: Fill Out the Google Form

Fill out detailed information about students & parents.
Sign up for volunteer shifts and mark your calendar.
Specify how you will make the annual donations.
After submitting the Google Form, you will receive an email automatically generated by Google Form from which you will see your responses and may go back to edit if needed.
