How strong will the enemy be on this node?

To check how strong the enemy will be on a node/station, you can simply check the Factions Power/Technology Scores by clicking on "Stock Exchange" in-game. Additionally you can check the rewards that factions offers as in most cases this is the same stuff they use against you in combat!

In the example below Tezctlan occupies Fresco Platform on Venus, SBN is offering a Job to you, if you decide to fight against Tezctclan you would more frequently encounter units of them wearing the gear they (would) offer you if you did jobs for them.
