Scene panel is responsible for changing the current scene settings like its size, background color and more.
When available
No object should be selected for this panel to be shown.

Size
Specifies a canvas size of the current scene, canvas is resized from the right-bottom corner. In terms of pivot point it is located at the top-left corner.
proportionally editable
Sub-properties:Width: decimal in [0 px .. infinity px]
Height: decimal in [0 px .. infinity px]
Background: paint = white (#FFFFFF) _
Specifies a canvas color of the current scene.Field of view: decimal in [30% .. 120%] = 60%
Specifies a field of view of the current scene.
