Urban Value does not merely propagate; it also flows through interconnected urban systems. While propagation describes the spatial transmission of Urban Value, Urban Value Flow characterizes its directional movement and intensity across the Urban Value Field.

Unlike conventional economic flows, Urban Value Flow emerges from the interaction of multiple urban subsystems and reflects the dynamic redistribution of value throughout the city.

Urban Value flows through multiple interconnected networks, including:

• Social networks;

• Governance networks.

These interacting networks collectively shape the evolution of the Urban Value Field.

Urban Value Flow consists of several complementary components:
