Our vision is to establish Urban Value Field Economics (UVFE) as a next-generation scientific framework for understanding, modeling, and governing urban value in the era of smart and digital cities.
We envision a future in which urban development is guided not only by land prices or isolated economic indicators, but also by a comprehensive understanding of how urban value is created, propagated, accumulated, transformed, and governed across space and time.
UVFE aims to bridge urban economics, spatial science, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Digital Twins, and urban governance within a unified field-based framework. By integrating these disciplines, UVFE seeks to support evidence-based decision-making, sustainable urban development, and intelligent land governance.
In the long term, we aspire to contribute to the emergence of Urban Value Science as a new interdisciplinary field that provides the theoretical and methodological foundation for next-generation urban planning, digital governance, and resilient cities.
Advancing Urban Value Science for Smarter, More Sustainable, and Better-Governed Cities.
