For P.E this week, we want you to create your very own
Obstacle Course! Get creative and use objects that you have at home... think of things you can jump over (a sweeping brush propped with a stack of books each side), crawl under (a kitchen chair), climb over (a small stool or box), use a skipping rope and lay it flat along the ground walk across it like a tight rope! Throw a ball into a bucket from a distance. Don't forget to add some exercises into your Obstacle course (jumping jacks, squats, skipping!) The list is endless, we just want to see you having fun and being active!
