Routines for complaints regarding grades can be found here. The procedure is as below:
The complaint must be in writing, and it must be signed by the student.
The complaint must state what you want to complain about.
If you complain about a grade after a written final exam, you do not need to write an explanation of the complaint.
If you are complaining about the final grade, about the grade in behavior or the oral final exam, you should justify the complaint.
The complaint is sent to the principal. The principal sends your complaint and statements from the school to The county commissioner, who is the appeals body.
You should not send your complaint directly to The county governor. This will delay the processing of complaints.
