The Office of Study Away (OSA) is also available from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST on business days, but should not be your first point of contact.

Contact ISOS immediately (available 24/7):
Live Chat (via the Assistance App) OR
Call 1-215-942-8478
ISOS will make an appointment for you with an appropriate English speaking doctor and they will guarantee payment (so you should not need to pay up front)
ISOS will be in regular contact with you via email or phone to follow up on your care until your case is closed. Be sure to respond to all of their emails and phone calls immediately.
Once you have contacted ISOS, please get in touch with local staff via the emergency phone number.
Keep your MyTrips account updated with all your travel plans and always log all overnight travel plans.
ISOS provides assistance in the event of safety and security events abroad but they can only help if they know where you are.
In the event of a large-scale emergency (terror attack, natural disaster), all students must immediately check in with Rome staff through the WhatsApp Group chat. Let them know your location, who you are with, and your status.
You may also get an alert from ISOS checking in with you and asking you to advise if you are okay. These alerts will come via phone, email, and text. DO NOT IGNORE!
