You'll register for all 3 sessions in Part 2, but don't have to attend all of them. 

Educators will receive up to 1.5 clock hours per session, based on the actual time they spend in each synchronous session.

No video recording will be available for this particular session.

What will you learn & who is it for? You'll learn about many free ready-to go lesson plans, including scripts and examples to use.

About presenter Joel Breakstone

Joel Breakstone has directed the Stanford History Education Group since 2013. He leads SHEG's efforts to research, develop, and disseminate free curriculum and assessments. This work has been featured in The New York Times, NPR, The Wall Street Journal, The Boston Globe, and E.W. Scripps. His research has appeared in a range of journals, including Educational Researcher, Misinformation Review, and the Journal of Educational Psychology, and has won awards from the American Historical Association, the National Council for the Social Studies, and the National Technology Leadership Initiative. He completed a B.A. in history at Brown University, a M.A. in Liberal Studies at Dartmouth College, and a Ph.D. at the Stanford Graduate School of Education. Before Stanford, he taught high school history in Vermont for six years.
