School counselors should be active participants in continually evaluating and refining the school counseling curriculum and processes. Having a positive and engaging outlook towards the school counseling process will best serve students and stakeholders. Dedication involves consistent and constant intentional effort to improve the personal development of the school counselor and how the school counseling program can improve over time. Regular self reflection and collaborative efforts with other school counselors will help in being dedicated to the improvement of a school counseling program.
