Purpose of the Organization  

1.Promote and elevate bar art.

2.Advocate for a healthy drinking mindset.

3.Showcase youthful energy and enthusiasm.

4.Strengthen emotional exchanges among students.

Club Expertise   Learn the history of alcohol and brewing methods, understand the bar spirit and cocktail art, practice wine tasting and cocktail mixing techniques, and train in interpersonal interaction and social etiquette.

Club Vision   Enter the industry, apply what has been learned, and enhance the skills of all members in this field.

Certification Requirements   

1.There are a total of 9 club sessions in one semester, with 3 sessions counted as one participation period, allowing for three participations. Members can gain participation by attending club sessions, with the following rule: "Each participation period requires attending 2 out of the 3 club sessions to receive one participation." (A total of 3 activity log entries are planned for this semester.)

2.This semester plans to have 2 execution certifications, scheduled for the club sessions before the midterm/final week. The requirements for achieving execution certification are as follows: "Members must prepare alcoholic beverages at the mobile bar during the club session of that week and explain the story and recipe of the alcoholic beverage."
