Purpose of the Organization   With the rapid evolution of the times, program trading and robo-advisors have become the current mainstream. This club aims to cultivate strategy developers, equipping students with the ability to independently backtest investment tools and develop trading programs. Students will learn about Wall Street investments and passive fund units, avoiding the weaknesses of human trading. We believe in objective data and facts, using AI to correct returns and risks. The club also provides internship and employment opportunities in related industries.

Club Expertise   Teaching trading logic, using trading software, strategy development, and performance review.

Club Vision   Cultivating professional trading technicians; in the future, Tamkang University will be a leading force in the field of program trading!

Certification Requirements

To receive participation certification, members must attend 2 club sessions, with a total of 8 sessions scheduled. Most sessions will be held on Tuesdays (those co-hosted with the blockchain group will be on Mondays) on the following dates: 10/1, 10/8, 10/15, 11/12, 11/19, 11/26, 12/3, and 12/10. There will also be a freshman team-building activity on 9/24 and a midterm team-building activity on 10/22, both of which will allow participants to earn certification.

There will be one execution certification, which can be filled out during the midterm team-building activity. To qualify, participants must assist in preparing the event, and staff must undergo training beforehand and help on the day of the event.
