Club Introduction
I hope everyone can work hard and move forward together in the Business and Management Building.
Purpose of the Organization
1.Serve as the only student autonomous organization representing the Tamkang University Department of Business Administration, fostering connections and friendships within the university, between institutions, and in the community.
2.Cultivate outstanding business management talents by integrating and applying knowledge learned in the department to enhance management and leadership skills in club operations.
3.Establish a communication bridge between students in the department and various university units, allowing students to voice their opinions and advocate for their welfare.
4.Strengthen relationships among students of all grades through the Train Conductor Program and alumni association, ensuring that students receive comprehensive support from enrollment to graduation.
5.Organize various activities, whether academic, sports-related, or recreational, to encourage students in the department to participate in extracurricular activities and develop diverse interests.

Certification Requirements
1.Participation in activities allows members to receive a participation certification. We will hold a total of 6 certifications: Freshman Welcome on 9/7, Beginning of Semester Department Meeting on 10/2, Camp from 10/12 to 10/13, Department BBQ on 10/23, Ball on 12/20, and End of Semester Department Meeting on 12/18.
2.This semester, we plan to conduct three execution certifications: Freshman Welcome, Camp, and the North Business Cup. For the Freshman Welcome, participants can take on roles as “parents” or pretend to be freshmen, and the original department association officers will be divided into internal groups. For the Camp, participants can serve as group leaders, team assistants, or be part of the original internal groups of the department association. For the North Business Cup, members will assist with participant registration and related tasks.
