Purpose of the Organization

1.Provide an excellent learning environment for the department, promoting regular academic exchanges and enhancing the atmosphere of academic research.

2.Offer pathways for students in the department to participate in public affairs, gather suggestions, and build consensus.

3.Foster relationships among students and faculty members in the department.

4.Safeguard the rights and interests of students in the department.

5.Enhance communication among students of different grades to strengthen emotional connections.

6.Encourage participation in public affairs and the application of knowledge learned in the department.

7.Advocate for honors for the department and support students in participating in university-wide and intercollegiate activities.

Certification Requirements

Participation Certification Standards: To receive participation certification, students must attend activities organized by the student association and complete the check-in and check-out process.

This semester, we plan to hold 7 activities:

1.Beginning of Semester General Meeting - Date: 9/18

2.Lecture - Date: 9/27

3.Welcome Camp - Date: 10/18-10/20

4.Halloween Event - Date: 10/31

5.November Tea Party - Date: 11/20

6.Christmas Event - Date: 12/18

7.End of Semester General Meeting - Date: 12/26

Execution Certification Standards: This semester, the student association will offer 3 execution certifications. Before the events, we will ask students who wish to assist in organizing activities to fill out a form and provide their contact information. We will then select students and add them to a LINE group for easy communication and discussion about event planning. Below are the conditions for receiving execution certification for each activity:

1.Welcome Camp (Date: 10/18-10/20): Workers will assist as team leaders guiding teams during activities. Members of the mobile team will help prepare activity props and ensure the event's progress. Both groups must assist participants in filling out check-in and check-out forms.

2.Halloween Event (Date: 10/31): Workers will be responsible for venue setup and restoring the venue after the event, as well as assisting participants in filling out check-in and check-out forms.

3.Christmas Event (Date: 12/18): Workers will handle venue setup and restoring the venue after the event, and assist participants in filling out check-in and check-out forms.
