Purpose of the Organization   

1. In response to the demands of today's intelligent technology era, Tamkang University has established the "Microsoft Campus Cloud Student Ambassadors" club, aiming to cultivate students who are passionate about Microsoft 365 tools and related technologies. We believe that through a series of professional training programs, we can not only enhance students' technical expertise but also nurture them into versatile individuals with interdisciplinary skills.

2. Professional Skill Enhancement: Through training related to Microsoft 365 technologies, we aim to strengthen students' professional abilities, giving them a competitive edge in the future job market.

Club Expertise   We teach and promote the application and implementation of various Microsoft software. Our club sessions are conducted by professional instructors from the Distance Learning Center, ensuring that each member can grasp the latest technologies and practical skills. The curriculum covers basic software operation training and how to apply these technologies in real-life situations. The sessions do not just focus on how to use the software; they also emphasize the integration of operation and application. Members will learn how to utilize various Microsoft tools to solve real-world problems, enhancing their academic and professional capabilities. This makes our club an important platform for cultivating technical talents, helping members stand out in the field of technology.

Club Vision   In the coming year, our club will focus on establishing a stable teaching and activity model, aiming to recruit thirty members to ensure that each participant receives high-quality technical training and practical experience. We aim to attract students interested in Microsoft software and cloud technologies, and through regular exhibitions of our achievements and participation in internal and external events, we will showcase our learning outcomes and professional skills.Over the next three years, we plan to expand the club's influence and establish partnerships with other technical organizations both on and off campus. We hope to provide more hands-on projects and interdisciplinary collaborations, allowing members to refine their skills through practical applications while enhancing leadership and organizational abilities within the club. We aspire to become one of the most representative academic clubs on campus and cultivate a group of innovative and practically skilled students in the field of cloud technology, ensuring the club's legacy continues.

Certification Requirements

1. Two technical workshops (club sessions) count as one participation credit. Participation in the freshman orientation, midterm dinner, and end-of-semester presentation also counts towards participation. To earn three participation credits in one semester, a member must attend any four technical workshops to receive two credits, and for the third credit, they must participate in a non-technical activity.

2. A total of nine participation opportunities will be available.

3. A total of two execution events will be organized.

4. Freshman orientation will be organized by the club officers, and the end-of-semester presentation will be led by the group leaders of the projects.
