Purpose of the Organization

1.Align with the university's educational policies to enhance the academic research atmosphere.

2.Gather new knowledge in academic research related to information management.

3.Promote information services beneficial to the members of this association, seeking the highest welfare for them.

4.Strengthen connections with external organizations to enhance the practical application of learned knowledge.

5.Foster cohesion to enhance unity and harmony among the members of this association.

Club Expertise   Dedicated to serving students in the department and actively collaborating with relevant businesses and organizations to provide activities beyond academics, fostering relationships between faculty and students within the department.

Club Vision   

1.Increase collaboration with external companies and organize related activities, such as corporate seminars and certification information sessions.

2.Enhance small-scale activities within the department and gradually resume original activities as the pandemic situation improves.

3.Ensure financial transparency by truthfully disclosing the financial situation during the beginning and end of semester department meetings.

4.Provide an anonymous link on the department association's Instagram and set up an anonymous platform to gather student suggestions regarding department association activities.

5.Seek opportunities for collaboration with other departments and proactively contact their associations to increase extracurricular learning opportunities.

Certification Requirements   

1.Participate in activities organized by the department association, such as the Beginning of Semester Meeting on 9/26, Department BBQ on 10/4, Camp from 11/16 to 11/17, Christmas Party on 12/23, and End of Semester Meeting on 1/6. This semester, we plan to have five opportunities for logging participation.

2.There is one planned execution certification; during the camp, we will recruit staff, and those serving as camp staff will be able to fill out the execution log.
