Standard 4

This is a written plan of action which outlines the steps a prospective elementary educator in Indiana would have to go through in order become an educator, specifically highlighting how I wish to achieve these goal as well. INTASC Standard 4 is all about content knowledge, so this plan portrays my understanding of what steps must be taken to become an educator so I can better grasp what I must do myself to become an educator. By writing out the physical steps, I have broadened my knowledge of the content and enabledd myself to better help students in the future.
