INTASC Standard #1

This is an Observational Case Study Over one of my 3rd grade students, who I specifically observed across the span of 7 days to get a better understanding of their Autism Spectrum Disorder. This covers "Learner Development" as I outline ways in which to help the student I observed improve intellectually.

This is a formal lesson plan which covers a 4th grade standard: Adding Unlike Fractions. It makes good use of an introductory activity to get students engaged, and then furthers the lesson with visual models that make this difficult concept easier to grasp.  INTASC Standard 1 is all about Learner development. This demonstrates an understanding of that as it quite clearly shows my understanding of how students learn, by making use of grade appropriate concepts and outcomes.
