Harvesting solar energy through particles (tiny, new, and somewhat like antennas!)

We are pursuing an ambitious project of using glittering tiny metal particles (nanoparticles) and some nitrogen containing materials (nitrides and oxynitrides) for solar energy harnessing (towards solar distillation and hydrogen production). This is work that is proceeding from simulations to testing stage, right now as I write this!

Do remain keyed in, to get exciting updates from our group.

Note – we are in the thick of activities that will yield enhanced solar cells, result in solar-driven water purification approaches, and bring about hydrogen generation driven via renewables.

We welcome you to remain keyed into our group, and even join hands with us to revolutionize the energy future of the planet!
