☁️ You can’t outrun what’s coming. Death is already on the tracks—locked onto your soul—and when it arrives, you’ll stand before Almighty God alone. No excuses. No masks. Just the truth. Are you ready to answer the only question that will matter forever?
Someday, my friend, you’re going to die.
We all are. There’s no escaping it.
You can’t pray it away.
You can’t diet it away.
You can’t outrun it, outsmart it, or pretend it’s not coming.
Death is like a roaring freight train.
It’s already on the tracks, locked onto your location, barreling toward you at full speed.
You can’t slow it down.
You can’t reroute it.
You can’t derail it.
And when it hits, it hits for eternity.
It’s coming.
And when it arrives, you will stand before Almighty God—not as a group, not with your pastor, not with your family—alone.
“For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ,
so that each of us may receive what is due for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad.”
—2 Corinthians 5:10
On that day, every mask will fall.
Every secret will be exposed.
Every motive will be revealed.
Even the things you thought were hidden in the dark corners of your mind—brought into the light.
And when you stand before the judgment seat of Christ…
You will give an account.
🚪 At the threshold of forever, no mask will remain. Only one question will matter: “Why should I let you into My heaven?” You can’t charm your way in. You can’t work your way in. You either know the One behind the door… or you don’t.
Solomon foresaw it clearly:
📖 “God will judge us for everything we do, including every secret thing, whether good or bad.”
—Ecclesiastes 12:14
And the apostle Paul confirmed it again:
📖 “We will each receive whatever we deserve for the good or evil we have done in this earthly body.”
—2 Corinthians 5:10
Make no mistake—your judgment day is coming.
And on that day, God may ask you a question that will echo for eternity:
❓ “Why should I let you into My heaven?”
What will you say?
Will you tell Him about your charity, your kindness, your good intentions? Will you point to your baptism, your church attendance, or the fact that you tried your best? Will you offer Him your résumé of righteousness—hoping it will be enough? On that day, no one will be able to hide behind a denomination, a reputation, or a religious label. Every mask will fall. Every motive will be laid bare.
The judgment seat of Christ is not a courtroom for negotiations. It's a place of ultimate truth, where every thought, every act, every secret will be weighed with perfect justice. It’s not your neighbor’s life on trial. Not your pastor’s. Not your parents’. It’s yours. And in that moment, one divine question will remain:
“Why should I let you into My heaven?”
Do you have an answer?
Because there’s only one answer that will satisfy a holy God.
When that question is asked, your soul will already know the answer.
And once your case has been judged—once the evidence of your life is weighed—God will say one of two things:
✅ 📖 “Well done, My good and faithful servant. You may enter My rest.”
—Matthew 25:21; Hebrews 4:3
Or…
❌ 📖 “I tell you, I don’t know you. You can’t come in here, guilty as you are. Go away.”
—Luke 13:27
One statement leads to eternal joy.
The other to eternal separation and regret.
There is no middle ground.
💡 Going to church or being religious won’t make you a Christian...
...any more than sitting in your garage makes you a car.
✝️ Religion can’t save you.
🚪He stood near the church, sang the songs, even served the poor… but when eternity arrived, the door was shut. 💔 Being near the Light isn’t the same as being known by the Light. “I tell you, I don’t know you.” —Luke 13:27
There once was a man who died and stood before God.
He was a religious man—well-respected, well-behaved, and well-practiced.
God asked him, “Why should I let you into My heaven?”
The man replied confidently:
“I was baptized as a baby. I was confirmed by the church. I followed most of the rules. I helped others. I gave to the poor—publicly, so others would give too. I didn’t smoke, steal, or kill. I went to church most Sundays—and even watched church on TV sometimes! I even helped Mrs. Mitchell get her cat off the roof. I’m a good person. I’m not like those other sinners.”
But God looked at him with sorrow and said:
❌ 📖 “I tell you, I don’t know you. You can’t come in here, guilty as you are. Go away.”
—Luke 13:27
📖 “Bind him hand and foot, and cast him into outer darkness...”
—Matthew 22:13
Why?
Because salvation isn't about being religious—it's about being born again.
📖 “I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of God.”
—John 3:3
Jesus rebuked the religious leaders of His day not because they were devout—but because they were devoted to appearances, not God:
📖 “You hypocrites! Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you:
‘These people honor Me with their lips, but their hearts are far from Me.
Their worship is a farce...’”
—Matthew 15:7–9
Hearts far from God cannot dwell in His presence.
Many people today are Sunday saints and weekday sinners.
They sing on Sunday, but curse on Monday.
They raise their hands in worship, but use them to gossip or steal at work.
They smile during communion, but lust, cheat, or lie the rest of the week.
God isn’t fooled by appearances.
📖 “These people honor Me with their lips, but their hearts are far from Me.”
—Matthew 15:8
Outward religion without inward transformation is dead.
⚖️ He stood in silence—no jury, no defense—only truth. His own words condemned him. Self-righteousness melted away before a holy God. “By your own admission, you are guilty.” —Luke 13:27; Matthew 22:13
Another man stood before God.
When asked, “Why should I let you into My heaven?” he began listing his résumé:
“I’m a good person. I try to follow the rules. I was baptized. I give when I can. I believe in God.”
But God interrupted him and said:
“Self-righteousness and pride won’t get you into heaven.”
Then the Lord continued:
“In My Word, I gave mankind 613 laws. But you broke them. So I narrowed them down to 10. Let’s see how you measure up.”
“Have you ever told a lie?”
“Yes.”
“What does that make you?”
“A liar.”
“Have you ever stolen anything?”
“Yes.”
“Then you’re a thief.”
“Have you ever looked at someone with lust?”
“Yes.”
“Then you’ve committed adultery in your heart.”
“By your own admission, you are a lying, thieving, adulterer at heart. And now, here you stand before Me, guilty.”
The man looked down in shame.
And God said:
❌ “I don’t know you. Depart from Me.”
—Luke 13:27; Matthew 22:13
He had trusted in his own righteousness, not in God’s mercy.
🙌 He didn’t plead good works. He didn’t boast of religion. He simply stepped into the light—redeemed, not by merit, but by mercy. “Well done, My good and faithful servant… You may enter My rest.” —Matthew 25:21
Then came a third man.
He wasn’t religious.
He hadn’t spent a lifetime climbing the ladder of good deeds or perfect attendance at church.
But he was humble—and he was confident in the One he believed in.
When God asked him, “Why should I let you into My heaven?”
the man didn’t stammer or point to his résumé.
He didn’t compare himself to others or appeal to his morality.
He simply answered with conviction and childlike faith:
“Because of the name of Jesus Christ.
He died for me.
He paid the price for every wrong thing I’ve ever done.
He is my righteousness.
He is my Savior.
He is my only hope.”
This man had no defense but Christ.
No claim but the cross.
No standing but grace.
And that was enough.
And God said:
✅ 📖 “Well done, My good and faithful servant. You may enter My rest.”
—Matthew 25:21; Hebrews 4:3
🎖️ 📖 “And now the prize awaits me—the crown of righteousness...”
—2 Timothy 4:8
Only one man made it in.
Why?
Because he didn’t boast about what he had done.
He trusted entirely in what Jesus had done.
📖 “For it is by grace you have been saved through faith.
And this is not from yourselves—it is the gift of God,
not by works, so that no one can boast.”
—Ephesians 2:8–9
There’s only one door to heaven—and it’s not good works, church attendance, or kindness.
It’s the cross of Christ.
Friend, what will you say when you stand before God?
Will you list your achievements?
Your good deeds?
Your religion?
Or will you point to the cross and say:
“Jesus is my only hope.”
Because that’s the only answer that will ever open heaven’s door.
If your heart is stirring, that’s the Holy Spirit calling.
Don’t wait. Don’t hesitate. Don’t gamble with eternity.
