oh I forgot to post this, but I finally decided to draw some exclusive art for the banner again. I think it looks rather nice. I'll probably periodically swap out the art behind him depending on what I think will look good.
Thoughts:
It's been a while since I've had some new art for my banner, and even longer since I made a piece of art specifically for it. Decided it was time, so I drew this up. Like I said, I'll probably swap out the art on either side of me with whatever I think would look nice, and maybe I'll throw in some extra decor for around the holidays or something. I don't know. I also used this artwork for the current website banner (as of posting).

spontaneous quick tinkaton drawing :)
i dont think im going to fully finish this one, but maybe ill draw her again some time. (the hammer is supposed to be made of copper, so that'll probably be her name)
Thoughts:
I was going to make the outfit based on an old one I drew (August 8, 2022), but I wanted to keep the stomach visible (I liked how it looked) so I replaced some of it. Maybe I'll change it back or take more from it, I don't know.
Here's the hammer design I made. I tried to make it unique while also looking like the standard design without overdoing it, but I don't know if I did a good job.

Thoughts:
I'm surprised I was able to pull this off, actually. Maybe opening commissions again wont be so bad. I think I just had a bad experience (which burnt me out so hard back around March) and thought "fuck, I'm really not cut out for commissions..."
I've been told I need to do a pricing restructure before I open them again, so I'll probably do that, and I should update the commissions page.
Anyway, fun fact about this drawing is that pretty much everything (head, face, clothing, tail, boots, everything but the general body/leg shape) was done without sketches. That was on accident. Usually my sketches are pretty detailed and all I have to do is slap the line art over it without really any changes, but I somehow managed to just throw all of the lines out here without any rough guides. Wild.

I'm going to try to draw another Mawile (something less boring), but I don't have a lot of time so enjoy this quick drawing for now while I work on that ^^
for Mawile Day!
Thoughts:
I didn't think she would turn out very nice, but luckily I was wrong. I had originally picked out an outfit for her to wear, but figured I should just draw a regular Mawile instead. Afterwards, I really wanted to draw a Mawile OC so I'm reusing that outfit and I'm going to make a better looking design (hopefully).
Overall though, I think this is pretty good for my first ever (iirc) drawing of a Mawile.

A drawing to celebrate The Teal Mask's release! I'm trying to balance drawing and playing.
Thoughts:
HOLY VIOLENT SHIT, WHY DID THIS BLOW UP SO HARD? I'm going to assume because it's just very relevant? Pretty epic though, it makes me happy :)
Anyway, I'm quite happy with how the drawing turned out. The hairstyle is based on Juliana's in the DLC, with the outfit just being a purple version of the jinbei they all wear.

AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS... FINALLY. (this took SO long)
I was able to get some time to complete The Teal Mask and as soon as I saw Ogerpon maskless I thought "oh my god you adorable creature, I must draw you".
Thoughts:
I put WAY too much time into the background (I just wasn't gonna make one at first). It was a screenshot from SV but I added a ton of different effects and lighting and shit and had to seperate the foreground from the background, it took a very long time. It looks nice though.
This is also by far my largest drawing file to date. Previous record was 94mb (the Ember-Wiglett drawing), this one is a whopping 232mb.
