As excited as I am for SV, it makes me sad to see SwSh go. Such great Pokémon and character designs, fun mechanics, an incredible soundtrack, I feel like I never fully appreciated all it did. Now I'm tired and sad.

I tried to draw Cinderace in the Uva Academy uniform. SV hype!
(It often feels like I draw too much of the same characters, is that a problem?)

No, it isn't a problem. I don't care what people say, I like the design of the uniforms. It'd be cool if the DLC allowed us to change into actual clothes though... (this was made before much about the DLC was known)

They are wearing each other's Unite outfits (this took two days to finish aaaah)
Thoughts:
I was cooking, it took a while. I really like the way Ash looks but the Delphox isn't too good looking.
This just has me thinking, there are so many old drawings that I could potentiall redraw. Cool prospect, but I have a backlog as is.

#PokemonScarletViolet and #Splatoon3 crossover Splatfest, this makes me immensely happy. I feel bad for this, but me and my pals are all on Team Grass.
Thoughts:
I know my two favorite Pokémon are mono-fire-type starters, but I still chose Team Grass as I was picking Sprigatito. This drawing actually turned out quite well, and is one of a few where Ash's sleeves are rolled down.

I was so excited to find out Cinderace was gonna be in SV. Too bad Pyro Ball's animation was heavily nerfed, but it makes sense.
I do remember Googling "pokemon scarlet violet cinderace" some time after posting this to look at Cinderace's new textures and this image actually popped up. It was a pretty proud moment for me.

I truly love SwSh, no amount of tree jpgs or walk cycle gifs will change that.

Made for Sword and Shield's anniversary. Man I love that game, and not only because it introduced Cinderace.

Iron Valiant #Pokemon -
Just messing around with a random doodle, nothing fancy (I didn't have a good sketch done in time).
That ending though, my goodness. Very much enjoyed #PokemonScarletViolet, fantastic games.
Thoughts:
Iron Valiant is awesome. I love robots so this design definitely appeals to me. I tried to make it look static-y, which is why there's so much noise.

#Pokemon - No matter how much you clean them, I'm sure Cinderace will always smell smokey (a lot of Pokémon probably smell awful). (I'm finding it hard to sketch my ideas out, a lot of paper being wasted. I had to go buy a new notebook and pencils.)

Fun fact about this drawing, the joke was originally going to be about Cinderace's ability "Libero" being misspelled as "Libido". Sandwiches felt more relevant though.

I never posted this as it was for a (free) commission that was someone's OC. The OC was basically a recoloured Iron Valiant so I made a version with the regular colours to post but I didn't end up doing it at the time as I thought the commissioner may have thought it was rude.
