Lesson Plan Resources

Lesson Plan Requirements:

• Standards Taught

• Objectives or 'I Can' Statements: (These are written in student-friendly language that describes students' learning targets throughout the lesson.

• Materials: Everything needed to complete the lesson. 

• Modifications: A list of modifications being made for students. (Do not include student names if this is going to be in the open, but include a general list instead.)

• Assessments: A list of grades being taken from this lesson. Include all formative and summative measures.

• Daily Plans: Include an overview of the lesson for each day of the week that includes: starters, lectures, assignments, projects, assessments, closing activities, etc. 

• AVID Strategies Use: Include a general list of AVID strategies used within WICOR or highlight the strategies throughout the lesson plan.
