Visual Writing Concept Map Cards allow students to process four different vocabulary words that relate to a central concept. Using half a sheet of paper, students will fold in the two sides to create a miniature presentation board. They will then cut through the middle of each flap to create two doors on each side. On the front, students will write a riddle describing the vocabulary word and include a multicolor illustration. On the back of the flap, students will write the word and include a description of how the riddle and illustration relate to the vocabulary word. In the middle, students will connect all four vocabulary words to the central concept.
