Bonjour, Hola, hello! Welcome to our first weekly roundup, and boy what a week it has been. From Harry being featured in movies left and right to baby Malik, it has been a heck of a hectic time. But do not fret here at The HVL were ready to give you a clear rundown of what’s been going on. Let’s start with Mr. Styles, at the start of the week we were still recovering from the Don’t Worry Darling news, as well as the rumors about his supposed casting in an adaptation of My Policeman and possibly the Eternals (unconfirmed). But now he’s jetted off to the sunny Amalfi coast to film the golden music video, although unconfirmed at this time the evidence points to it most definitely being for “Golden”. Set in open-top cars, speedboats, and running down the street it is hard to predict what the story of the video will be, but what we do know is whatever it is will be iconic. Harry's legendary blue Gucci suit which he wore when inducting Stevie nicks into the hall of fame was added to the rock hall of fame itself, giving him a place in the music industry’s most prestigious museum. Fine line was also added to rolling stones 500 greatest albums of all time at #491, a list that features some of the world's most recognized and respected albums including Rumors by Fleetwood Mac and Lemonade by Beyoncé. Now onto Zayn, and this has probably been the biggest week of his life, after weeks of speculation and Gigi giving birth hundreds of times, we can finally, for real, welcome baby Malik to the world! Announced on September 23^rd we can assume she was born sometime in the days before, making her a Virgo and joining Gigi and Zayn in a little earth family. While we don’t have pictures or a name for her, we already know that she is going to be the most beautiful girl in the world, and we wish them all good luck! And not that a new baby wasn’t enough we have a new single “Better” being released, this will be the first bit of new music by Zayn himself since Icarus Falls in 2018 and signals the start of his Z3 era. With new music comes a flash from the past as Zayn’s debut single “PILLOWTALK” hit 1 billion views on YouTube, making this his second video to do so. It starts to quiet down from here, Liam hosted another of his legendary TikTok lives where he discussed all manner of things from One Direction to his solo career and even listened to some of Harry’s “Dream with Me” on the calm app. And we didn’t get much on the Niall and Louis front either, we’ve had some twitter replies from Niall and a few of his classic insta stories, and even though Louis has been a ghost he did set twitter on fire when he liked Zayn’s baby post, our Zouis hearts lit up and we can’t wait to see the future for their friendship. So, here’s to next week, let's hope this content heaven continues!
