The Mandy Carthage Leeks Tower

Designed and constructed as a statement piece for 2025 and originally named The Spire, this imposing dance and events venue now proudly bears the name of the late Second Life Coast Guard (SLCG) Commandant Mandy Carthage Leeks

Mandy was a great and enthusiastic supporter of our event, and sadly passed away shortly after last year's Festival after taking part with great gusto in SLCG demonstrations just weeks before her death

Although technically only a temporary part of the Erik region environment, the Tower now stands as a monument to Mandy all year round, and is one of only a few structures that are not taken down when the Festival ends each year

Thank you dear Mandy for all your kindness and support
