Welcome to The Dream Pie (TDP). By placing an order, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

• Exact replication of designs, especially handmade elements, is not guaranteed.
  
  

3️⃣ Pricing & Payments

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  
  

• Final pricing depends on design complexity, size, flavor, and customization.
  
  

• Payment must be made as per the Payment Policy.
  
  

4️⃣ Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery and pickup shall be made at the scheduled time agreed upon during order confirmation.
  
  

• Customers must ensure availability to receive the order.
  
  

• Responsibility transfers to the customer once the cake is handed over.
  
  

5️⃣ Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide:

• Timely responses to queries
  
  

TDP is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

6️⃣ Use of Images

TDP may use photographs of cakes for promotional purposes without revealing personal customer information. Customers may request otherwise at the time of ordering.

7️⃣ Force Majeure

TDP shall not be liable for delays or failure due to events beyond reasonable control, including:

8️⃣ Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. TDP shall not be responsible for indirect losses, event disruptions, or emotional distress arising from any issue related to the order.
