At The Dream Pie (TDP), we prepare customized cakes specially for each order. To ensure smooth processing and timely delivery, the following payment policy applies to all orders.
1️⃣ Advance Payment for Order Confirmation

To confirm your order, a non-refundable advance payment of 70% of the total order value is required.
Orders are considered confirmed only after the advance payment is received.
Please share the payment screenshot or transaction confirmation after completing the payment.
Order processing will begin only after verification of the advance payment.

The remaining 30% balance amount must be paid immediately:
At the time of delivery, OR
At the time of on-site setup (if applicable)
⚠️ No post-delivery or after-event payments will be accepted under any circumstances.

Payments may be made through the methods communicated by The Dream Pie (such as UPI, bank transfer, or other approved modes).
Customers are responsible for ensuring successful payment completion.

Orders canceled within 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Since cakes are custom-made, advance payments are generally non-refundable once preparation has begun.

By initiating the advance payment, you acknowledge and agree to The Dream Pie’s payment policy, including:
✔ Mandatory 70% advance for order confirmation
✔ Immediate payment of the remaining balance at delivery/setup
✔ No post-delivery payments
✔ No cancellation or refund within the last 24 hours before delivery
