Delivery is available within designated service areas only. Availability will be confirmed at the time of order.
Delivery is scheduled within agreed time slots.
Exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen conditions.
Delivery fees (if applicable) depend on distance, order size, and delivery requirements.
Delivery services and related privileges apply only when delivery charges are paid or explicitly confirmed by TDP.
If delivery charges are waived as a goodwill gesture, TDP reserves the right to modify or limit delivery conditions at its sole discretion.
Standard delivery will be completed at the main entrance / ground-floor gate of the provided address.
Delivery personnel will not enter inside hotels, banquet halls, private premises, upper floors, rooms, or event areas.
Delivery to a specific table, stage, or inside venue is not included in standard delivery service.
If inside placement, setup, or table delivery is required, customers must opt for a paid setup service, subject to availability and additional charges.
Someone must be available at the delivery location to receive the order.
The Delivery Executive will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes at the designated handover point.
If the recipient is unavailable or refuses to accept delivery within this time, the Delivery Executive will leave with the order.
The delivery will be treated as completed, and delivery charges will not be refunded.
Additional charges will apply for re-delivery or rescheduling.
TDP reserves the right to approve or decline such requests at its sole discretion.
Customers may alternatively collect the order from the designated pickup location.
TDP is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Wrong contact details
Recipient unavailable
Restricted entry locations
Refusal to accept delivery at designated point
Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Customers and recipients are expected to interact respectfully with delivery personnel.
Any form of misconduct, intimidation, verbal abuse, harassment, or unreasonable pressure toward the Delivery Executive will not be tolerated.
If such behavior occurs, TDP reserves the right to cancel the delivery immediately, without liability for delays or inconvenience.
In such cases, delivery charges (if paid) will not be refunded.
Customers must check the cake at the time of delivery or pickup.
Once the order is accepted, TDP will not be liable for any damage occurring thereafter.
