This Shipping Policy applies to all orders dispatched by The Dream Pie (TDP) through third-party logistics services for delivery to locations outside our direct delivery area.
Shipping services are available only for selected locations and products, subject to feasibility and serviceability. Acceptance of an order for shipment is at the discretion of The Dream Pie.
Orders will be processed and dispatched after confirmation and completion of payment formalities.
Dispatch timelines may vary depending on product type, customization requirements, and operational conditions.
Customers will be informed once the order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery timelines are indicative only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, transportation issues, operational disruptions, or regulatory restrictions.
The Dream Pie shall not be held responsible for delays once the shipment has been handed over for transit.
All products are packed with reasonable care using appropriate packaging methods to minimize risk during transit. However, external handling, environmental conditions, and transportation factors are beyond our control.
Once dispatched, the shipment travels at the customer’s risk.
The Dream Pie shall not be liable for:
Damage, deterioration, or loss during transit
Temperature-related changes in perishable items
Minor deformation or packaging damage
Delays affecting product condition
Mishandling by logistics personnel
Customers are advised to consider the nature of the product when opting for shipping.
The recipient must be available to receive the shipment at the provided address. Accurate contact details must be supplied to facilitate successful delivery.
Failure to receive the shipment may result in return, disposal, or additional charges, for which The Dream Pie shall not be responsible.
If delivery fails due to incorrect information, recipient unavailability, refusal to accept, or restricted access, the shipment may be returned or held by the logistics provider.
Re-shipment, if feasible, may be arranged at additional cost and solely at the discretion of The Dream Pie.
Customers are advised to inspect the package immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage to packaging should be noted at the time of receipt.
Acceptance of the shipment signifies that the order has been delivered.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted and no refund will be issued on account of transit-related issues.
The Dream Pie’s responsibility is limited to proper preparation, packaging, and dispatch of the order. We shall not be liable for losses arising from transit delays, environmental conditions, or third-party handling.
By opting for shipping, the customer acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with transportation of goods through third-party logistics services.
