Any inactivity notice posted for TJO applies not just to TJO, but also in divisions.
Your DMs on Discord may be closed if you are on IA notice, otherwise open while active.
People whose inactivity notices expired more than a week after the quota cycle has begun are immune to that quota cycle. Remember that they must have been on inactivity days for 7 or more days of that particular quota cycle to have immunity.
People who unretired more than a week after the quota cycle has begun are immune to that quota cycle.
Inactivity notices that are a month long must be approved by any member of the Jedi Council. Inactivity notices that are longer than a month must be approved by either the Grandmaster or the Master(s) of the Order.
The approval format must include the name of the person approving and being approved, the date it is being approved and the length. As long as the Councilor(s) in charge of activity checks can understand that that specific Jedi Council+ is approving you for what you claimed, it should be fine.
If you go inactive but then end up extending the inactivity notice so that the collective duration of your IA is 4 weeks, you will need an approval from any Jedi Council+ to extend it. If you extend it beyond 4 weeks, then you need MOTO+ approval to extend it.
Example: I go inactive for 3 weeks but decide to extend it two more weeks, I would need to get an approval from a MOTO+ and have either the approval proof or the specific MOTO+ reacting to your IA notice message with a checkmark.
Unknown inactivity notices are non-existent. The max amount of time you can go inactive for at a time is 2 months.Â
