Below are examples & provided formats for what kind of proofs are valid. This includes Discord training passes & co-hosting proof, as well as the padawan mentorship request process. Approval format can be found on the Approvals page.
At the end of any training, the host must be able to provide clear evidence of the recently occurred event.
That evidence must be in the form of a screenshot URL inserted in the "Proof:" section of the event's announcement in the #event-announcements Discord channel.
Every event-proof screenshot must contain the usernames of the co-host (if there is one), the supervisor (if there is one), and the attendees.
Every event-proof screenshot must contain the TJO ranks of the co-host (if there is one), the supervisor (if there is one), and the attendees.
Every event-proof screenshot must contain a message stated by the host. That message must include the training type and the date on which said event was hosted.
Format: All in [Formation] have passed my [Training type] on the [Date]
Gathering format example: All in STS have passed my Gathering on the 07/01/24 (Day/Month/Year)
Combat Training format example: All in STS have passed my Combat Training on the 07/01/24 (Day/Month/Year)
Lore Training format example: All in STS have passed my Lore Training on the 07/01/24 (Day/Month/Year)
You are not forced to write the complete name of the training if an abbreviation exists for it. Ex: Combat Training - CT
You do not need to write the date in numbers necessarily. You are allowed to write it in words. Ex: 07/01/24 (DD/MM/YY) - January seventh, 2024.
In order to take an initiate as their padawan, any JK+ must formally request for that initiate to take them as their master.
That evidence must be in the form of a screenshot URL inserted in the "Proof:" section of the promotion's log in the #promotions Discord channel.
The request must contain the username of both the initiate and the potential master.
The request must contain the rank of both the initiate and the potential master.
The request must also contain the date on which the request was sent.
It is preferable (although not mandatory) for the request to also contain the pings of both the initiate and the potential master. (If the request is sent through Discord.)
Format: Do you, Initiate [the initiate's username] (the initiate's ping - optional) take me, [potential master's rank] (the initiate's ping - optional) [potential master's username] as your master on the [Date]?
Discord format example (with ping): Do you, initiate chase567379 [@qwerty] take me, Jedi Councilor TheMule123456 [@Aquabronze], as your master on the 14/12/23 (Day/Month/Year)?
Discord format example (without ping): Do you Initiate wedej20 take me Jedi Councilor TheMule123456 as your master on the 11/12/22 (Day/Month/Year)?
In-game format example: Do you Initiate xonotad, take me, Jedi Councilor TheMule123456 as your master on the 11/01/24 (Day/Month/Year)?
You do not need to write the date in numbers necessarily. You are allowed to write it in words. Ex: 11/01/24 (DD/MM/YY) - January eleventh, 2024.
